Where do I sell my sterling silver platter?
Posted on December 13th, 2009 by admin
I have a large, sterling silver, not silver plate, tray that I would like to sell. Where would the best place be for me to sell it and get the best price. I also have 2 smaller sterling silver trays that I would like to sell as well.
Without a doubt… try the SIlver and Gold Exchange. They pay the most per gram of anyone out there as far as I can tell… and they specialize in silver. They have a live price chart that shows what they pay, they pay for shipping ad insurance, and they contact you with their offer before they pay you. If you don’t like it, they send the silver back at their expense. I’ve dealt with them several times (I am a part time antiques dealer and yardsaler) and they have been great to deal with. Ebay is a pain and the Ebay and Paypal fees are so high now that you make more just selling to the Silver and Gold Exchange. The website is at http://SilverAndGoldExchange.com

I agree with Tom… definitely try the Silver and Gold Exchange. I buy at garage sales, auctions, etc and have sold them quite a bit of stuff and made a nice profit. They are the only ones I know that specialize in silver… not gold buyers who buy silver as an afterthought. And they pay the best.
