What is the silver lining around a car window called?

I have a 99 Honda Accord V6 and it has this silver lining around the windows. My boyfriend damaged it heavily when he locked my keys in the car awhile back and had to break in.

Does anyone know what the part is called and the best place to look for a replacement without getting ripped off?

The window trim.

Do you mean the trim piece? You can get it from a Honda dealer if you just want the part or go to a body shop where they’ll get the part and install it. It’s probably not something you want to try and replace yourself. It shouldn’t be too expensive.

All "silver" linings are called Chrome Trim, wherever they are located on the car. To replace one, then you must get specific: Window trim, grille trim, fender well trim, etc.
