im sorry but you cant because silver and gold dont have the technology to connect to leaf green its like out of its league but you can get 1 of the johto starters by completing the hoenn region pokedex by having all the pokemong lucky i do w00t and i have 2 johto starters the fire and the water 1 im geting the grass 1 soon References :

You can’t Gold and Silver is 2nd generation and Leafgreen is 3rd Generation and they could not trade

Game Boy games can’t limk with GBA
Read the instruction booklet of PKMN Leafgreen, it says that it can’t trade/battle with those games.
