The Fools Gold

What are those bracelets and necklaces called that are supposed to help with ADD and focusing and they’re also supposedly good for your heart too. They have little magnets in them or something. There are usually two bands that are joined by a black plastic box type thing. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
