How do you choose the right necklaces for outfits?

Hi,
Is there a website with tips on how to choose the best necklace/ accessories for an outfit? What style necklaces look best with a specific neckline?
I’m a big busted girl, so i tend to stick to V-necks and scoop neck and avoid tops with high necklines. Also, I really like long necklaces- with or without pendants. But they always look better in the store than around my neck. How can i make them work for me?
Tips anyone?
Thanks much
i was looking in the new issue of lucky and they said that "for long necklaces, chuckiness is key. anything lightweight will bounce around and anything too dainty will fall in to your cleavage"
also they said that "if you prefer a shorter necklace, make sure it sits well below the collarbone. An oval shape draws the eye in to create a slimming effect and bring attention up and away from the cleavage.

Do an internet search on the topic and you’ll find a lot of tips for selecting and wearing jewelry. You can also get great advice from a knowledgeable beauty consultant at the major department stores located in malls. Some types of jewerly look better on certain body types and skin tones/complexions.
Good Luck!
