My boyfriend wants to give me a necklace that has his blood in it, but how do I keep it from drying out? Also, If he’d ask the doctor to take the blood for him, would he have to pay?

ahh yes he would have to pay and in the vials to draw blood is an anti-coagulant as long as it is not exposed to air it wont dry. how they put it in a necklace charm I don’t know
