How do I find Jewelry my cat has hidden?

I have looked everywhere for a necklace and my husbands wedding band. We have a 1 year onld black cat and he takes jewelry and hides it in some place that we can not find anywhere.

maybe you can place something somewhere and watch it, Then watch the cat and if he steals the jewelry, watch where he takes it?

have you looked in the littler box, under rugs, in the couch, in your bed linens, in the cats bed, near his food dishes, anyplace the cat likes to sleep, in your shoes…

Those are places that my cat would hide things!

  1. Check under furniture such as sofa’s and recliners. Check behind book cases or even in the litter box.

  2. Wow. That’s a tough one. My Mom has a cat that takes anything small she leaves on the table. She always finds it either under the sideboard or the refrigerator! You’ll have to do some super sleuthing. The next time you have a day alone with the cat, plant something and then watch how he plays with it. I bet he will lead you right to your jewelry. I hope so!   4. Jeez I thought only my cat did that. I guess like the other person said, just watch the cat one day & see where he takes it. Probably under the bed, bureau, or TV cabinet if he can fit, or behind any of those. I noticed that my cat especially likes jewelry with a sparkle to it, like silver rather than gold.

  7. Buy a small alarm watch and set alarm time. let your cat play it. if your watch disappeared, then notice the watch alarm. Maybe you could find your jewelry, or visit http://www.jewelry-diy.com to buy a new one.
