This does not happen in non western countries, so that is an ignorant statement. Take Sierra Leone for instance, if such a robbery took place which is almost non existence, the robbers will have to be saved from the witnesses. Please educate yourself about other cultures and societies. This only happens in places like London. Brits are apathetic due to egotistical control. Pathetic.
