The best thing is, they're extremely common in runescape and can sometimes drop full RUNE! Adding on to what Eddyward said below me, these pedos will often come up to you asking to be your girlfriend- Kill them quickly and loot their items (Often gold rings for their fake marrages they have to lure in stupid children.). They're lvl 86 so watch out there. also wild dogs (lvl 63) start attacking you.
