How do you make molds for hand-made clay charms?

I want to mass produce my charms without having to spend hrs making every single one. I want to move on right to the painting part. If possible i need material that is flexible when hardened so i can reuse over and over again.

I plan on making an online store.

I believe you mean to ask about a die not mold. You can take some wax and carve out your charm. Use it to make a Die, melt the vax out you can use it to make your charm.
