that is right! not … that is right! not really the ‘tiniest’ tug, but a good yank would definitely get it all screwy. BUT this is a BEGINNERS tute and i thought it would be nice to show ladies how easy it can be to make something cute and quick! my next round of tutorials will be better.
the kind they have … the kind they have in really cool little boutiques where they sell really cute 200 dollar neclaces like the one you make in the tutorial? i’ve seen neclaces with that type of stuff (fine gold chain) at anthropologie, tina tang and really cool little boutiques throught the north east.
WAIT! Omg. I … WAIT! Omg. I haven’t been able to login for months but finally i’m back on youtube! eh… where do i get all this stuff? AND AND AND! I’ve been wonderring about this for a while… do you have any idea where i could get a very fine gold or silver chain, plated preferably, or sterling silver seeing that i don’t have tons to capital to spend…
I have been a … I have been a tailor for a long time and out of all the things I have made I have never come up with a vinyl pouch - a very ingenious item you’ve made there. Well done
thank you nicotiro. … thank you nicotiro… I always wondered about this wire. I have just gotten into making some jewelry and I am going to go look for this. And I really love your charm jewelry, it so sweet looking… reminds me of back in my high school days when we used to wear a ring on every finger and like 2 or 3 necklaces with lots of charms.

i used a gold filled half hard wire but
the little spool shown in the video is a gold coated copper called ‘artisan wire’ which is pretty popular and available in most art/bead shops. if you can find a raw brass wire, gold filled wire, or any half hard wire, i think those harder wires are more suited to this project than artisan wire (which i find to be too soft and needs wire wrapping).

Why cut the first …
Why cut the first end so short on the briolette, with no wire wrapping? Would come apart with the tiniest tug.
