About £15 but could be more if its gold, and they can make the links different sizes if the bracelet is too thick

When Links of London send my bracelet away to have the charms put on they charge £5 per charm. I’m sure an average jewellers on the high street is a little bit cheaper than that.
So long as it’s physically possible to attach the charms then I’m sure the type of bracelet won’t matter.

you can get self closing jump rings these days, the brand is called Snapeez® . That way you can attach your charm yourself. Don’t know if they come in gold though.
