It’s a wide cuff bracelet of hammered silver colored metal.
I’ve only worn it 3 times then it sat in a drawer. There’s a film of gunky stuff that makes it dull and it doesn’t go away by wiping wit a dry or damp kleenex.

how do i know if something is sterling silver or not? is there some kind of test that i can do on it or something?
If it is real sterling it will be stamped with a quality mark such as 925
